This document is intended to comply with the EU 2016/680 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), according to the law of 1  August 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal and national security-related matters.

All specific terms of this document, including “Controller”, “Sub-contractor, Right to be Forgotten, Data Portability” are defined in EU European Regulation 2016/680.

Personal data collected:

When using the Website, the user is asked to complete six types of forms:

  • Real Estate Advertisement Contact Form, present on the Advertisement Detail Sheet
  • General Contact Form, found on Website Contact page
  • Email Alert Registration Form, found in the navigation menu
  • Email Alert Registration Form, found in the navigation menu
  • Real Estate Advertisement Contact Form
  • Application Submission Form

 

If the user request contact for a real estate advertisement, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, and free message typed by the user. The Website also collects the IT reference of the real estate advertisement.

 

This data is transmitted to the Company by secure IT means, so that it can be used to recontact the user, provide more details about the real estate advertisement, and possibly propose a visit to the real estate advertisement.

 

This data is stored in the company’s e-mail software and computer software database, published and hosted by the sub-contractor cited above. These two subcontractors are listed under Sub-Contractors. Data is hosted in France.

 

The Company reserves the right to send real estate advertisement offers similar to the ones for which the User has requested contact. However, the user has the rights to amend and delete these mailings.

 

To assert its rights to modify and delete these mailings, the user must send an email to the Company.

 

  • General Contact Form:

In the event of a general contact request by the user, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, and free message entered by the user.

 

This data is transmitted to the Company by secure IT means, so that it can contact the user again. This data is stored in the Company’s e-mail software.

 

  • Email Alert Registration Form:

If the user request’s registration to the email alert service, the Website collects the user’s email address. This data is stored in the website database, hosted by the sub-contractor listed above, whose details are detailed in the Sub-contractor’s section.

 

The user who has registered for the email alert, automatically receives real estate advertisement offers from the Company. In each email alert sent, a direct opt-out link is provided at the end of the text, allowing the registered user to avail their right to be forgotten. By clicking the unsubscribe link, the user’s email address is permanently deleted from the Website database.

 

  • Newsletter registration form:

If a user requests registration to the Newsletter service, the Website collects the user’s email address. This data is stored in the website database, hosted by the sub-contractor listed above, whose details are provided in the Sub-contractor’s section.

 

The user who has registered for the Newsletter receives regular e-mail messages from the Company regarding Company information, real estate, and any related subject. In each newsletter sent, a direct opt-out link is provided at the end of the text, allowing the registered user to avail his/her right to be forgotten. By clicking the unsubscribe link, the user’s email address is permanently deleted from the Website database.

 

  • Application submission form

If an application (unsolicited application or direct response to a job posting) is submitted, the Website collects the name, first name, email address, telephone number, C.V., where applicable, the cover letter and the free message entered by the user.

 

  • Right to be forgotten:

The user, who has completed one of the two contact forms, has a right to be forgotten, to request not to be sent real estate advertisement offers for his/her searches. To do so, he must email the Company.

 

  • Right to erasure:

The user, who has completed one of the two contact forms, has a right to erasure, to request the pure and simple deletion of his/her personal data. Unless there is an ongoing contract between the user and the Company (lease agreement, sales mandate, rental mandate, management mandate, co-ownership management, purchase offer, booking agreement, trade-offs) or an invoice that has been issued by Company to user, following a service between the two parties, the Company will delete the user’s personal data as soon as possible, after sending this request via e-mail or from the General Website Contact form.

 

  • Data Portability:

In accordance with EU European Regulation 2016/680, the Website user who has provided personal data through the use of any of the contact forms is entitled to request the Company for the portability of his/her personal data.

This request should be made by email or by completing the General Contact Form, found on the Contact page of the Website.

 

  • Storage of Personal Data:

The Company is the Personal Data Controller. Personal data collected through the use of contact forms is stored by subcontractors listed under Sub-contractors. This data is stored in the European territory and is destroyed upon their legal maturity.

 

  • Use of Cookies:

Navigation on the Website may cause cookies to be installed on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small text file that does not allow user identification, but records information related to a computer’s navigation on the Internet. The data obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the Website. The user can set up his/her browser to block and/or delete cookies produced by the Website. However, use of the Website may be altered by disabling the cookies.
